About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Manager β RCM Operations (Medicare Part-B) to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) department for physician and outpatient practices. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of the US healthcare revenue cycle, and a proven ability to optimize operational performance, maximize reimbursements, and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage end-to-end Medicare Part-B Revenue Cycle Management operations.
- Supervise teams responsible for Charge Entry, Claims Submission, Payment Posting, Denial Management, A/R Follow-up, and Credentialing coordination.
- Monitor operational KPIs and ensure departmental productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets are achieved.
- Analyze workflow performance and implement strategies to improve collections and reduce claim denials.
- Ensure compliance with CMS regulations, HIPAA guidelines, payer policies, and client-specific requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and clients to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
- Review aging reports and develop action plans to improve Accounts Receivable performance.
- Conduct team coaching, performance evaluations, and employee development initiatives.
- Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to senior management.
- Drive continuous process improvements and implement best practices across RCM operations.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and timely issue resolution.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5β7 years of experience in US Medical Billing/RCM Operations.
- At least 2β3 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Medicare Part-B billing guidelines, CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding concepts, payer policies, and denial management.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and client management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and medical billing software.
