Sr. IT Support Engineer / IT Manager
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support to end users across the organization.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Monitor and maintain servers, workstations, network devices, and security systems.
Manage and support Windows environments, Active Directory, and related technologies.
Configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Perform user account administration, access management, and security compliance tasks.
Escalate and coordinate critical incidents with senior management when required.
Document technical procedures, incident resolutions, and system changes.
Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
Mentor junior IT support staff and assist in technical training initiatives.
Ensure maximum uptime and availability of IT services during assigned shift hours.
Maintain Hardware and software inventory.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Systems Administration roles.
Strong knowledge of:
Windows Server and Windows 10/11
Active Directory and Group Policy
Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Hardware troubleshooting and system deployment
Endpoint security solutions
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and documentation abilities.
Ability to work independently during night shift operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as CCNA,Microsoft Certified, or equivalent.
Experience supporting healthcare or medical billing environments.
Knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud platforms.
